About The Role
As an Sales Account Executive, you will focus on pipeline growth, playing a pivotal role in expanding our client base by selling application solutions and implementation services alongside our partners in CRM, eCommerce, and data solutions. You'll collaborate and identify opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver value-driven outcomes that accelerate client success. This high-impact role is ideal for a relentless go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and transforms prospects into a long-term strategic partner. If you are a natural communicator who builds trust with C-suite executives, navigates objections with ease, and thrives on closing deals that deliver real business value, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect and Qualify New Opportunities
    • Leverage your business development expertise to identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting and lead qualification, building a robust pipeline for application solutions, implementations, and support services.
  • Run End-to-End Sales Cycles
    • Lead the full sales process-from sales discovery to negotiation and closing-delivering tailored solutions that address client needs in applications, optimization, and support.
  • Drive Consultative Selling
    • Understand client challenges in applications, present compelling value propositions, and showcase how Trifecta's services transform operations.
  • Achieve Revenue Goals
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while earning a competitive base salary and commissions, and provide market insights to inform product evolution.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven foundation in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in IT and business roles.
  • Proven track record of running successful sales cycles in technology, consulting, or managed services, ideally in application support or related fields.
  • Experience selling managed application support or enterprise software services.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, AI, or application lifecycle management.
