Job Description

Journeyman Industrial Electrician - Heavy Power & Plant Execution

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $38.00 - $42.00 / hour + Overtime

Job Type: Full-Time / W2 Deployment

TRIFECTA is deploying experienced Industrial Journeyman Electricians into heavy industrial, aggregate, and manufacturing plant builds across the Phoenix market. If you know how to run heavy pipe, land 3-phase gear, and execute strict LOTO, your next deployment is waiting.

About TRIFECTA:

At TRIFECTA, we deploy proven electricians into industrial environments where quality and safety come first. We partner exclusively with true Journeymen who take pride in their work, respect the trade, and expect steady work with consistent hours.

What You Will Be Doing On-Site:

Conduit & Layout: Measuring, bending, and running heavy industrial rigid conduit, IMC, and EMT (including large-radius bends, offsets, and saddles).

Power Distribution & Gear: Landing 480V three-phase systems, transformers, switchgear, panelboards, disconnects, and motor control circuits to exact torque specs.

Cable & Feeder Pulls: Setting up tuggers, sheaves, and tray systems to pull heavy industrial feeders and multi-conductor cables without skinning wire.

Prints & Specs: Reading and executing directly off single-line electrical schematics, field prints, and specification sheets.

Zero-Energy LOTO: Strictly executing Lockout/Tagout protocols and performing mandatory live-dead-live meter verifications before putting hands inside any cabinet or gear.

What We Are Looking For:

Journeyman Capability: Proven, hands-on industrial trade executionโ€”gear terminations, cable tray layout, and strict adherence to NEC standards.

Safety Discipline: Zero compromise on NFPA 70E standards, PPE compliance, and zero-energy verification.

Tools of the Trade: Complete set of hand tools, battery tools, and industrial hand-meters ready for the job site.

Why Deploy With TRIFECTA?

Continuous Work: When one job wraps up, your next deployment is already lined up.

Pay & Respect: Top-of-market hourly rates ($38โ€“$42/hr) on a W2 for real industrial skill. No games or corporate bureaucracy.

Solid Crews: Work on sites alongside capable tradesmen who know what theyโ€™re doing.

Apply Today: Tell us where youโ€™ve put your hands on wire, and letโ€™s get you deployed.
