TheTest Operations Strategy Managerowns and manages thelong termstrategic sourcing of critical test capacity supply chain.This role requires an experienced strategic thinker with technicalexpertisein Test, and who can navigate the complex global test supply chain challenges, influence senior corporate leadership, and develop as well as drive test capacity strategies that align with NXP's operations roadmap and businessobjectives.

Key Responsibilities, Skills, and Qualifications:

Strategic Sourcing for Wafer Test and Final Test

  • Partner with internal company stakeholders from Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Business Operations to define long-range Test sourcing strategies, with consideration oflong termdemand, capability, affordability, space, and product roadmaps.

  • Review long term Wafer Test and Final Test strategic roadmaps andidentifyrisks andopportunities, andprioritize resolution actions with internal partners to mitigate risks or capitalize opportunities.

  • Review NXP's long term Test technical roadmaps andrequirements, andensure alignment with Operations long term Test sourcing strategies.Summarize and ensure that all key stakeholders in the company are aware of the impact of product design decisions to sourcing, manufacturing, and capacity availability risks.

Long Term Forecast and Supply Planning

  • Prepare the annual NXP corporateLong TermPlan (LTP) and Strategic Plan Alignment (SPA)Wafer Test and Final Testdocumentation to share with NXP Corporate Management Team for alignment to a shared corporateWafer Test and Final Test Sourcing Strategy

  • Manage andmonitorexecution and sourcing of products and sourcing including capacity expansions to ensure alignment to theLong TermPlan

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on approved strategic projects to fulfill NXP's long term sourcing strategies

  • Ability toidentifyforecast uncertainties and manage the uncertainties appropriately to achieve a robustlong termplan
