Tri-County Therapy (TCT) is trusted throughout South Carolina to provide pediatric therapy services for children (0-18). With locations throughout Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville, and Anderson, TCT is recognized for delivering compassionate, evidence-informed pediatric care. We are committed to helping children reach their fullest potential while cultivating a team of skilled, forward-thinking professionals who feel supported and valued.
Our occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy professionals work together to provide coordinated care in a variety of settings, including clinics, family homes, schools, preschools, and community-based environments. We invest in our therapists through professional development opportunities, clinical resources, supportive leadership, and meaningful collaboration, all focused on creating positive outcomes for the children and families in our care.
We are currently hiring for:
  • Full-Time Mixed Community + Clinic based OT in Anderson, SC (office, homes, preschools, early intervention)

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete evaluations by reviewing assessment findings, clinical observations, and relevant medical and developmental history.
  • Design individualized plans of care (POCs) addressing areas such as fine motor development, sensory processing and regulation, visual-motor and perceptual skills, feeding, activities of daily living, and other functional needs.
  • Recognize when adaptive or sensory-related equipment may improve a child's independence and assist families with obtaining medically necessary resources.
  • Independently manage a diverse pediatric caseload that may include children with sensory-processing needs, sensory-based feeding challenges, executive-functioning difficulties, emotional-regulation needs, infant-development concerns, and other diagnoses.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including SOAP notes, evaluation reports, plans of care, progress updates, patient observations, and discharge summaries.
  • Teach children and caregivers practical techniques that promote consistent use of therapeutic strategies outside of treatment sessions.
  • Create customized therapeutic activities and home programs designed to strengthen skills and improve functional outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, providing education and recommendations that support progress across everyday environments.

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:
  • Active professional licensure through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
  • Pediatric experience gained through previous employment or a clinical rotation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of developmental milestones from birth through age 18, including motor, cognitive, functional, and maturational development.
  • Experience with sensory processing and feeding therapy is preferred.
