Explore what we have to offer and help turn your talents into a rewarding career. ย Through technical and mechanical labor, this role is responsible for ensuring that the physical features of the propertyโs building, grounds, facilities, and common areas meet the communityโs standards for aesthetic, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:ย
โข Develop and implement supportive service programming in collaboration withย residents, management, and local community service providers.
โข Provide ongoing outreach services to identify individuals who would benefit fromย services, recruit volunteers, and identify program and service gaps.
โข Act as a liaison to local human service providers and represent TRG Managementย on various task forces and community groups.
โข Coordinate the delivery of services with local human service providers.
โข Maintain all necessary information regarding services to residents.
โข Oversee and/or provide crisis intervention, case management, and follow-upย services to referrals from management, residents, or other agencies.
โข Support resident efforts in community building initiatives.
โข Identify funding for new and expanded programs in the development.
โข Assist other department staff in understanding and participating in the goals andย programs initiated by resident services.
โข Attend all required meetings and prepare and participate in additional and/or specialย projects as required from time to time by TRG Management.
Qualifications
The Resident Service Coordinator position requires the ability to work in a complex and nontraditional human service setting with a diverse population. A combination of educationย and experience that results in knowledge of the human service system and experienceย working with children and families, persons with disabilities, and the elderly isย essential.
Prior experience working with Affordable Housing preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years experience working in the human services /social services field or a Bachelor's degree in the human services/social services fieldย plus one year of work experience as a Resident Service Coordinator
