To thrive in a treehouse or nature-inspired hospitality role, you need expertise in guest services, operations management, and a strong understanding of eco-friendly practices, often supported by a degree or certification in hospitality management. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), booking platforms, and sustainability certifications is highly beneficial.
