Maintenance Technician

The Ramada Hotel is seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to

support a 163-room hotel with an outdoor pool. This position requires someone who can work

independently, respond to maintenance needs promptly, and represent Ramada

professionally while on property.

Core Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling general hotel maintenance,

including guest room repairs, basic plumbing issues, drywall patching and finishing, minor

electrical and HVAC-related tasks, preventative maintenance, and overall property upkeep. The

ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, respond to service calls professionally, and

communicate clearly with management regarding completed work or needed follow-up.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a hotel, multi-unit property, or similar

maintenance setting. Strong plumbing and drywall skills are required. Basic knowledge of

electrical and HVAC systems is preferred. Reliability, punctuality, consistent attendance, and the

ability to follow company policies are essential.

Schedule

This is a part-time position that requires schedule flexibility. Candidates must be available to

work additional days or adjusted shifts as business needs require. Availability for nights,

weekends, on-call coverage, and holidays may be required. A company uniform is provided and must be worn while on shift in accordance with company policy. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance and represent Ramada appropriately at all times while on property.

Compensation

This is an hourly position offering $18–$20 per hour, based on experience. EEO
