Job description

Summary of Duties: Conduct and organize information and onsite observations to determine the methods, tools and personnel. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as information flow and cost benefit analysis. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for streamlined procedures and organizational changes. Analyze financial, internal business and current market data to generate research reports. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy. The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $106,400 to $130,500 per year. The position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications: Position requires a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.
Position requires experience with:
  • MS Office skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Business Application Tools such as Python, Jupiter Notebooks
  • Relational database management software including PostgreSQL
  • Integration tools including Apache Kafka
  • Treasury Management System or Calypso
  • Experience in diagnosing, solving, and articulating complex business problems backed up with detailed analysis and findings.

May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.
