Bring your talents in analyzing, forecasting, and monitoring net patient revenue while also managing key treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, daily cash positioning, and liquidity analysis. This role works closely with finance, revenue cycle, and treasury teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting, effective cash management, and optimal use of funds. The analyst will provide data-driven insights to support budgeting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives. This is a core role of our financial operation, giving you broad visibility across two of the most dynamic areas in healthcare finance: net patient revenue and treasury management.

Annual Salary Range: $60,736.00 - $89,585.60

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Healthcare Administration (Master's or MBA preferred).

Experience:
  • Required 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, treasury, revenue cycle, or financial analysis.
  • Preferred Experience with cash management, banking operations, and forecasting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payer contracts.
  • Familiarity with treasury or cash management systems and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
