Job Title: Travel Sales ManagerRole Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Travel Sales Manager to support sales performance across multiple aesthetic spa locations. This role focuses on in-spa client engagement, service education, and revenue growth through personalized consultations.

The Travel Sales Manager works onsite at assigned spa locations based on current business needs. Travel arrangements are coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth transition between locations.

This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with strong sales experience who enjoy working in client-facing environments and adapting to different teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with spa clients to recommend appropriate aesthetic services and skincare products

  • Drive in-spa sales through service education, package recommendations, and upselling

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming client experience

  • Collaborate with local spa teams including nurses, estheticians, front desk staff, and leadership

  • Meet individual sales targets while supporting overall location performance

  • Travel to assigned spa locations as needed
