Position: Traveling Leasing Professionalย 

Location: The Monastery - Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Pay Range: $20 - $23 annually,ย plus commissions and bonus potentialย 


Make an Impact

In this high-impact role, you will provide operational and leasing support across multiple communities, stepping in where needed to ensure continuity and exceptional service. Your adaptability and expertise will help keep communities running smoothly while supporting teams during transitions and high-demand periods.

  • Fills in for absent Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers and Leasing Professionalsย 
  • As fill-in for Managers, directs and coordinates the community activities in accordance with instruction provided by the permanent managerย 
  • As a Leasing Professional, shows and leases apartments and supports the manager with daily activitiesย 
  • Provides support with special projects to various departments within the companyย 
  • Travel frequently, including occasional overnight stays, to properties throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina and Illinoisย 
  • Provide coverage primarily in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton, with flexibility to support other locations as needed


Bring your Skillsย 

You are a dependable, experienced multifamily professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting multiple teams. You bring strong communication skills, technical proficiency, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality support.

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Leasing Professional or Property Manager in a residential multifamily communityย 
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel throughout the Towne Properties portfolioย 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with residents and team membersย 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentย 
  • Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and Rent Cafe
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on business needs
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in networking opportunities
  • Proven work history demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and alignment with company values
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work-related travel
  • Willingness to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position
