We are a fast-paced and growing Personal Injury Medical Clinic dedicated to helping patients recover after motor vehicle accidents and other injuries. Our team focuses on providing compassionate care, efficient treatment plans, and excellent patient service while working closely with attorneys, chiropractors, imaging centers, and other healthcare providers.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-volume environment, assisting providers with patient care, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth clinic workflow.

Responsibilities

Room patients and obtain vital signs

Prepare patients for examinations and treatments

Assist providers during patient visits and procedures

Document patient histories, treatment updates, and provider notes in EMR

Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient flow

Verify and collect patient paperwork and insurance/LOP documentation

Coordinate referrals for imaging, physical therapy, and specialist care

Communicate professionally with patients, attorneys, and referral sources

Maintain treatment rooms, medical supplies, and clinic cleanliness

Perform drug screens, injections assistance, EKGs, or other duties as assigned (if applicable)

Qualifications

Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred

Experience in personal injury, orthopedics, pain management, or urgent care is a plus

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred but not required

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

EMR experience required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
