Job description

Cover UroLift System cases and/or Barrigel rectal spacing cases for the assigned geography
Provide on-site clinical consultation and customer support during surgical procedures
Provide follow-up, troubleshooting, customer service, and education
Educate and train physicians, surgeons, hospital personnel, and office staff on product-related technical matters
Attend and participate in industry training, meetings, and events for business development
Maintain knowledge of assigned, competitive products and services
Retain customer relationships and identify opportunities to formulate sales strategies
Develop cross-functional relationships within and outside Teleflex
Build long-term relationships that increase product use within target accounts
Support key decisions and promote teamwork
Perform basic market development activities
Organize information using CRM and related tools
Maintain records and handle inventory, sales reporting, and expense management
Interact with healthcare professionals, procurement, inventory control, and administrative personnel
Demonstrate a desire to transition into sales in the future
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 4 year Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
  • 1 year Clinical/Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed
  • Must be mobile and willing to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • High attention for detail and excellent follow through
  • Pro‑active; high-performance and results orientation
  • Ability to work as part of a team is essential to the role
