Areté is seeking a Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support employees by coordinating and booking travel arrangements, as well as processing expense reimbursements in compliance with company guidelines. This is a full-time, non-exempt, non-supervisory position based in our Falls Church, VA office.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements including airfare, hotels, and rental cars
  • Utilize travel management tools such as SAP Concur to manage bookings and expense reporting
  • Prepare and submit employee expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure travel and expenses align with federal guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain organized travel records, itineraries, and receipts
  • Provide support to employees regarding travel arrangements and expense submission

Salary range for this role is $55,000/yr to $62,000/yr; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
