At Love's, our Service Advisors drive sales success in our Truck Care facilities through salesmanship, leadership, and customer service. Service Advisors are key members of management, combining technical and managerial skills to lead service centers and progress towards becoming a Truck Care General Manager.

Job Functions:

Maintain a safe and clean facility.

Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.

Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals and payments.

Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work. Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns.

Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition.

Requirements:

6 months in customer service or sales preferred.

Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.

Skills and Demands:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.

Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Effective teamwork skills.

Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations.

Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, see clearly to perform job duties, and work in various temperatures.
