- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in processing their trauma and fostering resilience.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care to clients.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, skillfully managing high-stress situations as they arise.
- Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and available coping resources, empowering them in their recovery process.

Qualifications- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
- In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
- Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to maintain composure and act calmly in stressful scenarios.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.
- A collaborative mindset, ideally suited to working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Additional certifications or training in trauma-informed care, EMDR, TF-CBT, or similar modalities are highly preferred.
