You will serve as a dual-threat leader at Collier Electrical Corp, steering projects from the initial competitive bid to final client handover. This role gives you the autonomy to manage budgets, coordinate field workflows, and directly influence our bottom-line success. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Formulate accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and specialized equipment using advanced industry software.
  • Direct commercial and industrial electrical projects from initial award through successful final inspection.
  • Analyze project plans, architectural blueprints, and specifications to submit highly competitive bids.
  • Coordinate material procurement, manpower scheduling, and subcontractor workflows to preserve strict timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets, change orders, and progress reporting to maximize profitability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in electrical estimating, project management, or both.

  • Proficiency with professional electrical estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrical License, or related industry certifications.
