Job Title: Transportation Design Engineer
Location: Loveland, OH
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, licensure, and technical expertise

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Design Engineer to lead and support transportation infrastructure projects for municipalities and state departments of transportation. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful public-sector projects while collaborating with a skilled engineering team in a growth-focused, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and produce transportation design plans for municipal and state DOT projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and consulting teams.
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
  • Prepare technical proposals and support business development initiatives.
  • Develop quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and industry peers to deliver high-quality transportation design and consulting services.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or actively pursuing licensure.
  • 5-15 years of experience in transportation design, including roadways, public utilities, and traffic engineering.
