Summary of position

Responsible for providing non-emergency transportation to residents for them toย attend their medical appointments.ย 

Requirements of the position
Required Education and Experience
  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must have and maintain current CPR certification
  • Satisfactory driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
  • No record of Reckless Driving or DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years
  • Physical abilities capable of assisting residents into vehicles, pushing wheelchairs, etc.ย 
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
