Transportation Assistant (Special Needs)Company Overview

All Pro All Services, LLC is dedicated to providing safe, reliable transportation services for children with special needs. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where each child feels comfortable and secure during their journey to and from school and activities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Assistant to support our drivers in safely transporting children with special needs. You will be an essential part of ensuring each child's journey is safe, comfortable, and positive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist drivers with the safe transport of students with special needs
  • Provide direct supervision and create a calm, positive environment during transit
  • Help children board and exit the vehicle safely, including proper use of seatbelts, car seats, and mobility devices
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to students' needs and behaviors
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all students and families
  • Conduct vehicle safety and cleanliness inspections
  • Assist with emergency procedures when necessary
  • Communicate professionally with students, parents/guardians, and school staff
  • Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
