Coordonnateur de projets - Intervention d'urgence

En raison de la croissance continue, nous recherchons un coordonnateur de projets avec une certaine experience en enquete environnementale et en assainissement pour se joindre a notre equipe d'intervention en cas de deversement dans notre bureau de Montreal ou Brossard.

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de :

Mener des travaux sur le terrain, y compris ; echantillonnage des eaux souterraines/du sol, surveillance du niveau d'eau, forage d'investigation, surveillance de l'installation des puits, assainissement des sols et des eaux souterraines (excavation, in situ, etc.), surveillance de l'entrepreneur, surveillance de l'air, rehabilitation des cours d'eau et des rivieres, restauration du site et inspections de construction pour les deux intervention d'urgence en cas de deversement et projets d'enquete et d'assainissement a long terme sur l'environnement

Aider a la preparation de rapports techniques, y compris les rapports d'enquete environnementale et de fermeture, les solutions de rechange / conception / plans d'action, les specifications du projet de conception, les documents d'appel d'offres, les soumissions reglementaires et les plans d'intervention d'urgence

Aider les chefs de projet a preparer des propositions, des plans de travail, des estimations de couts, des memorandums, des lettres, des tableaux, des figures, des presentations, etc.

Effectuer la compilation de donnees, l'interpretation et l'evaluation des reglementations environnementales pour la preparation de rapports d'ingenierie

Assister les chefs de projet dans la coordination des activites sur le terrain, y compris la coordination du personnel sur le terrain, la mise en place du projet de laboratoire d'analyse et l'achat de sous-traitants et d'equipements

Aider a la coordination des ressources techniques internes de GHD et du personnel de soutien, y compris la redaction, la base de donnees, les chimistes et d'autres membres du personnel

Examen, comprehension et interpretation des lois et reglements provinciaux et federaux

Deplacements vers des sites partout au Quebec et deplacements occasionnels dans le reste du Canada et aux Etats-Unis.

 Competences et experience souhaitees

Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires (technologue en environnement ou en ressources hydriques, ou en sciences)

0 a 2 ans d'experience en environnement portion terrain, une experience de stage ou a temps plein dans le domaine de la consultation technique serait consideree comme un atout

Une experience dans la conduite de travaux sur le terrain est preferable et la volonte de voyager pour entreprendre des travaux sur le terrain est requise. Les demandes sur le terrain peuvent inclure des heures de travail prolongees, le travail dans des conditions meteorologiques defavorables et le levage de charges lourdes (un rapport terrain/bureau de 80/20 est prevu.

Disponibilite flexible pour aider aux travaux d'intervention d'urgence en cas de deversement (y compris les week-ends et les nuits) pour les clients lorsque cela est necessaire (Remarque : les services d'intervention d'urgence de ce groupe sont effectues en equipe, le candidat retenu ne serait pas tenu de repondre a chaque evenement d'urgence)

Excellentes competences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps pour etre en mesure de respecter les delais

Planifier et coordonner les ressources necessaires aux travaux, en collaboration avec l'equipe de projet, notamment en determinant les besoins en equipements et en communiquant les demandes aux sous-traitants.

Collecter, analyser et compiler les donnees operationnelles et financieres (quantites, couts, transport et disposition des sols, remblai importe), et produire des rapports precis incluant rapports journaliers, tableaux syntheses, graphiques et documentation photographique.

Experience de la gestion de plusieurs taches tout en maintenant un haut degre d'attention aux details dans un environnement de consultation est considere comme un atout

Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale (Francais et Anglais) pour exprimer efficacement des informations techniques a plusieurs publics, y compris les sous-traitants, le personnel de terrain, les clients, les collegues, etc.

Doit etre competent avec Microsoft Office

Esprit d'initiative motive avec la capacite de travailler efficacement dans un environnement individuel et d'equipe

Le travail sur le terrain necessitera de travailler de longues heures, de travailler dans des conditions meteorologiques defavorables et de soulever jusqu'a 50 lb
