In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Additional Details
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below location will be
Richmond, VA: $101,700 to $132,210
