Job Title: System Analyst 6 - IT Technical Support Transition and Knowledge Transfer Manager
Job Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
  • Lead and manage IT transition and knowledge transfer activities
  • Coordinate between vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and vendor exit compliance
  • Monitor risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support operational readiness, security, and disaster recovery planning
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings
  • Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders

Requirement:
  • 5+ years of IT experience with transition/program management
  • 3-5+ years in IT management, technical program management, or operations leadership
  • Experience leading cross-functional and vendor teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of .NET application architecture
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Monitoring)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
  • Experience with cloud and system transitions (on-prem to cloud, vendor to in-house)
