A foundational understanding of AWS Platform (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Understands application and workload move planning (cloud, P2V, V2V, P2P, Lift and Shift) and the approaches around each
Overall understanding of IT infrastructure inclusive of server, storage, network, database, systems, DR Strategies and practices
Knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure
Knowledge of Network and Storage
Knowledge of Server Virtualization, Automation
Experience in Change Management, ITIL
Experience in client management and managing escalations
