  • Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused programor diagnostic, by engaging and influencing senior leaders

  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams

  • Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program's readiness to launch,developsaction plans, leads program mobilization efforts, andprovidesadvisory and program management services throughout the life of the program

  • Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalentor Relevant experience leading cross-functional, strategic or transformation projects.

  • Experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define andestablishprogram structure and governance frameworks, business case management, KPI measurement, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee or QBR, stakeholder management,financial management, problem solving

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification

  • Change management experience

  • Management Consultingexperience
