Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the integrated AI Q2C transformation roadmap across use cases, workstreams, delivery teams, business functions, and stakeholder groups, ensuring clear alignment between strategic priorities, delivery milestones, and expected business outcomes.
  • Lead portfolio-level program planning and execution governance for AI-enabled Quote-to-Cash initiatives, including schedule creation, milestone management, cross-functional dependency tracking, resource planning, budget signals, and prioritization of critical deliverables.
  • Establish and operate a disciplined PMO cadence across SteerCo forums, leadership reviews, decision boards, working sessions, and cross-functional governance meetings to ensure timely decision-making, transparent progress reporting, and accountability across teams.
  • Create and manage executive-ready program dashboards, RAID logs, dependency maps, action trackers, decision logs, and benefit-realization scorecards that provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery health, risks, blockers, and value creation.
  • Coordinate activities across business architects, product owners, technology teams, data teams, operations leaders, adoption/change leads, and external partners to ensure AI initiatives move from ideation through pilot, industrialization, adoption, and scaled deployment in a controlled and measurable way.
  • Monitor program performance against schedule, scope, budget, resourcing, adoption, and value targets; analyze delivery data and business information to recommend corrective actions, re-prioritization, or escalation where required.
  • Identify and manage cross-program dependencies, overlaps, bottlenecks, stakeholder conflicts, and execution risks across the Q2C ecosystem, ensuring issues are surfaced early and resolved through structured governance and leadership engagement.
  • Partner with leadership and functional stakeholders to define KPI frameworks that measure delivery progress, operational impact, user adoption, experience improvement, productivity gains, and long-term benefits realization.
  • Develop concise leadership communications, executive summaries, SteerCo materials, program narratives, and decision points that clearly communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and required actions to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in PMO practices, program operating rhythms, reporting standards, and governance mechanisms, incorporating automation, analytics, and AI-enabled ways of working where appropriate to improve execution efficiency.
  • Providing guidance, coordination, and mentoring to workstream leads and less-experienced team members to strengthen delivery discipline, stakeholder management, program planning, and outcome-based execution.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Overall experience of 12+ years of at least 6+ years of experience in program management or in like roles/businesses.
  • PMP Certified preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Extensive program and portfolio management experience, with the ability to plan, govern, and execute complex, cross-functional transformation programs involving multiple business functions, technology teams, project teams, and senior stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of PMO operating models, delivery governance, integrated roadmap management, milestone planning, dependency tracking, risk and issue management, executive reporting, and benefits realization for large-scale business or digital transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and interpret program artifacts such as integrated schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, decision logs, budget inputs, resource plans, stakeholder maps, KPI frameworks, readiness plans, and executive dashboards.
  • Experience working with program planning and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms used to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, actions, and reporting outputs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess delivery health, identify risks early, evaluate alternatives, connect program data to business implications, and recommend practical actions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Business transformation acumen with the ability to understand end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, operational pain points, stakeholder needs, adoption considerations, and the role of AI, data, automation, and digital workflow solutions in improving business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in large matrixed organizations, coordinating across product, process, technology, operations, finance, data, change management, and go-to-market teams while maintaining clarity of ownership, decision rights, and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program details into clear executive narratives, leadership updates, decision points, status summaries, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to facilitate governance discussions, manage escalations, negotiate options, align competing priorities, and build consensus across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled solution delivery, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, process redesign, user adoption, change management, and experience-led delivery; direct experience in AI, automation, or workflow transformation programs is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and maintain discipline across planning, execution, follow-up, and outcome tracking.
  • Strong executive presence, facilitation capability, attention to detail, and ownership mindset, with the ability to drive accountability, maintain momentum, and support a high-performing transformation culture.
