Sr. Director, Enterprise Transformation & Strategic Initiatives
Position SummaryThe Sr Director, Enterprise Transformation & Strategic Initiatives leads the company's highest-priority enterprise programs, including standalone readiness, TSA exit execution, business transformation, M&A integration, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives sponsored by executive leadership.Reporting to the SVP, Enterprise Transformation & Strategic Initiatives and working closely with the CFO, this role serves as the central coordinator across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Operations, Commercial, and other functions to drive alignment, execution, and value realization across complex cross-functional initiatives. In the near term, the role will focus on Transformation Management Office (TMO) leadership, TSA transition management, and post-spin operational stand-up activities. Over time, the role will evolve into a broader enterprise leadership position supporting strategic integrations, transformation initiatives, and portfolio evolution activities.This leader will oversee governance, prioritization, issue resolution, and executive reporting across enterprise initiatives while operating with significant autonomy and accountability for delivering results.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO):
    Establish and lead a high-impact TMO to drive governance, execution, and reporting of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee TSA Exit Strategy and Execution
    Own the planning, tracking, and execution of all TSA exits, ensuring seamless transition to standalone operations across all functions.
  • Drive Enterprise Transformation Initiatives
    Partner with leaders across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Operations, and other corporate functions to deliver critical post-spin projects.
  • Develop Enterprise Integration and Execution Capabilities
Build repeatable enterprise capabilities, methodologies, and governance models for managing complex cross-functional initiatives, including integrations, separations, operating model changes, and strategic transformation programs.
  • Governance and Executive Reporting
    Develop and maintain governance structures, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress, risks, and value realization; provide regular updates to the CFO and executive leadership team.
  • Decision-Making and Issue Resolution
    Act as a key decision-maker in prioritizing initiatives, resolving cross-functional challenges, and removing roadblocks to execution.
  • Strategic Planning and Prioritization
    Translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    Build and lead a high-performing team within the TMO, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and results.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in transformation, program management, consulting, or corporate strategy roles, preferably within publicly traded companies
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives, including post-merger or post-spin environments
  • Strong understanding of TSA structures and separation execution processes
  • Strong executive presence with experience working closely with C-suite leadership teams and Boards of Directors
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with public company operating requirements
