This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving finance modernization through Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, with a strong emphasis on chart of accounts redesign, finance operating model transformation, and FP&A reimagination.
This role is not about lifting and shifting legacy processes - it's about redefining how finance operates in a modern, cloud-native environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership
  • Lead large-scale finance transformation programs (must have led at least two end-to-end transformations).
  • Coordinate across finance, product, and technology teams to drive execution against roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.

  • Facilitate executive-level decision-making and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
EPM/ERP Domain Expertise & Advisory
  • Drive key architecture and design decisions across ERP and EPM platforms (Oracle preferred).
  • Lead evaluation of solution options and tradeoffs, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Advise on ERP/EPM integration strategy, including how upstream design decisions impact downstream planning and reporting.
  • Help the SteerCo think through what to automate, what to rethink, and how to move from legacy processes to cloud-native best practices.
Finance Process & Chart of Accounts (CoA) Transformation
  • Lead redesign of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, reimagining FP&A for a cloud-native environment.
  • Enable a modern FP&A operating model that improves cycle times, data accuracy, and decision support.
  • Lead and advise on end-to-end Chart of Accounts redesign, a core pillar of the transformation.
  • Ensure alignment between CoA design, EPM planning models, reporting hierarchies, and business dimensions.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to align solutions with operational and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in finance process and operating model transformation, with a strong understanding of how to reimagine finance functions (FP&A, Record-to-Report, planning, and reporting) in a cloud-native environment.
  • Strong understanding of the EPM landscape, including how planning, forecasting, and reporting integrate across platforms.
  • Experience leading Chart of Accounts redesign and understanding how upstream ERP architecture supports downstream EPM and reporting.
  • Experience establishing program governance, operating rhythms, and mobilization plans for large-scale transformations.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving scope in long-term transformation programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Comfortable engaging with IST time zone on occasion to support global program coordination.
Location:
  • Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA preferred
  • West Coast candidates considered with occasional travel to Mountain View
Type:
