Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Management / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to support large-scale enterprise programs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Program/Project Management, PMO governance, Microsoft SharePoint, Jira Administration, and Power BI reporting. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage program execution, planning, reporting, and process improvements.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of IT industry experience.
  • 2+ years of Program/Project Management or PMO experience.
  • Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies and governance.
  • Experience supporting multiple enterprise programs simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Coordinate program-level activities, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Support governance, executive reporting, and portfolio tracking.
  • Facilitate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities and strategic planning.
  • Align program objectives with business goals and proactively manage risks.

SAFe / Agile Program Management

  • Support or facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
  • Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams.
  • Track PI objectives, team capacity, roadmaps, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Support demand planning and roadmap execution.

Jira Administration

  • Configure and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop JQL queries, filters, sprint reports, epic tracking, and release dashboards.
  • Support Agile teams through effective Jira administration.

SharePoint Administration

  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites for project collaboration and document management.
  • Manage document libraries, permissions, and team sites.
  • Support basic Microsoft Power Automate workflows.

Process Documentation

  • Create process flow diagrams using Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io.
  • Develop SOPs, governance documentation, RACI matrices, and process documentation.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Create KPI dashboards, program health reports, burn-down/burn-up charts.
  • Integrate data from Jira and other enterprise systems for reporting and analytics.
