Job description

In this role, you will help shape how AMAX uses technology to improve the way the business operates, connects information, and supports decision-making across the organization. The position sits at the intersection of business process improvement and technology strategy, partnering with teams across the company to identify practical opportunities for transformation and turn them into lasting operational improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage AI and business systems transformation initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Research, recommend, and implement AI technologies, enterprise applications, and workflow solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and operational solutions.
  • Manage system implementation projects, including scope, timelines, resources, testing, and user adoption.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and system standards.
  • Analyze business data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, operations, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • Provide training and change management support to promote user adoption and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and company policies.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to support business growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and software providers.
  • Prepare project status reports and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in MIS, IT, business systems, ERP, or digital transformation.
  • Experience leading internal system improvements, automation, reporting, workflow optimization, or AI adoption.

Technical knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Business capability

  • Able to understand company workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Able to translate business needs into system, data, or AI solutions.
