The Program Management Ld Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President to join our Marketing Operations Transformation team. This individual will function as an internal consultant, responsible for driving significant change, innovation, and process re-engineering across our global marketing organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic, "blue-sky" thinker with a proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives. You will be at the forefront of re-imagining our marketing operating model, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and Agentic delivery to build the future of marketing at Citi. This role requires a highly collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate a large, complex organization to connect the dots to the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Leadership: Act as a key transformation leader, partnering with senior marketing and technology stakeholders to fundamentally re-design, automate, and innovate existing processes.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and collaborate on a variety of strategic topics, including organizational change management, process re-engineering, new capability development, and future-state organizational design.
  • AI-Forward Strategy: Develop and champion a data-driven, AI-forward strategy to optimize the entire marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning to execution and measurement.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable transformation roadmaps and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a critical bridge between Marketing and our Citi Technology partners, ensuring seamless collaboration as we design, build, and implement our future state.
  • Thought Leadership: Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies-especially in AI and automation-and provide thought leadership on their adoption to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Strategy and/or Transformation role, with a focus on Marketing Transformation being a significant plus.
  • Proven experience successfully leading and navigating large, complex organizations, with a track record of connecting individual initiatives to the bigger picture.
  • A structured, analytical, and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in an agile environment with ambiguity.
  • Extensive experience building and leading presentations with senior leaders, backed by excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels across business and technology.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
