Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation company to find a Finance Transformation Analyst. As the Finance Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for standard company transformation strategies balanced with the use of AI agents and other machine learning to automate workflow. You will lead the full project lifecycle from development to service entry, ensuring all innovative solutions adhere to strict legal and regulatory compliance standards. Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Finance Transformation roadmap by identifying, developing, and scaling AI-based tools and "Agentic Finance" workflows that deliver measurable efficiency and value.
  • Transition from historical reporting to ML-driven predictive modeling for revenue, cash flow, and variance analysis while leading the team in expert prompt engineering.
  • Secure financial data across multiple ERPs using AI for real-time anomaly and fraud detection, ensuring strict adherence to Segregation of Duties (SoD) and internal control frameworks.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of high-risk, complex projects to decommission legacy MS Office workflows in favor of AI-integrated platforms and modern, sustainable data interfaces.
  • Act as the regional "AI Coach" to upskill teams and promote the "Airbus Way of Working," collaborating with European and local stakeholders to ensure North American alignment with global standards.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years of finance or accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business analytics, accounting, information systems or related. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in financial analysis and background implementing transformation and AI projects
  • Finance/Accounting experience combined with practical experience in Python, SQL, and LLM frameworks
  • Proficient in SAP and Tableau or similar
