Performing maintenance, service, new construction, and installations in both the commercial and industrial sectors; this is your opportunity to join one of the best electric contractors in the Greater Cleveland area for the past 4 decades! Will consider Electrical Superintendents looking to make the jump into Project Management/Estimating (Training Provided)
[Duties ]
  • Oversee electrical projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

[Requirements ]
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating role with an electrical contractor.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.

[Details ]
  • $60k to $100k a year (depending on experience)
  • Benefits: Fully paid Medical, Retirement Plan, Mileage Reimbursement when traveling, and 5 days of PTO after 1-year of employment
