About the Role:
Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Personal Training Director to lead our personal training department in St. Cloud, MN. This is your opportunity to inspire a team of fitness professionals, drive revenue growth, and help members transform their lives through world-class personal training.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of personal trainers
  • Drive personal training revenue through sales strategies, client retention, and team accountability
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with training staff
  • Oversee personal training program design and ensure delivery of exceptional client experiences
  • Monitor and analyze department KPIs, session volume, and revenue metrics to hit monthly goals
  • Collaborate with gym management to align personal training initiatives with overall club performance
  • Ensure compliance with Crunch Fitness standards, certifications, and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) required
  • 2+ years of experience in personal training sales and team leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal training revenue targets
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities
  • Experience with fitness management software and scheduling platforms preferred
  • CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
