We are seeking a Direct Support Professional DSP to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with personal care, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
  • Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
  • Administer medications after completing required training.
  • Support members in achieving their individualized goals and promoting independence.
  • Transport members to medical appointments, community outings, work, and day programs.
  • Complete accurate documentation using electronic documentation systems.
  • Observe and report changes in members' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
  • Follow all company policies and Arizona DDD and AHCCCS requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass all required background checks.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist members with mobility when necessary.
  • Reliable, compassionate, professional, and dependable.
  • Previous caregiving, healthcare, or behavioral health experience is preferred.
