What You'll Do
  • Translate strategic AI enablement priorities and leadership direction into practical workstreams, comprehensive implementation plans, clear milestones, measurable deliverables, and robust progress tracking.
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps that effectively connect strategic objectives with sequencing, dependencies, critical decision points, stakeholder commitments, and available capacity.
  • Manage assigned workstreams with meticulous attention to detail, utilizing detailed plans, action and decision logs, thorough risk and issue tracking, proactive dependency management, and consistent follow-through.
  • Facilitate engaging planning sessions, productive workstream meetings, crucial dependency reviews, and impactful leadership checkpoints to drive informed decisions, foster accountability, and ensure continuous forward movement.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across diverse teams including business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, governance, and external partners, clarifying ownership, handoffs, and engagement points to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Identify critical-path items, potential resource constraints, competing priorities, and unresolved decisions, then develop clear options, actionable recommendations, and effective escalation paths.
  • Prepare concise, executive-ready roadmap views, comprehensive status updates, insightful briefing materials, and clear decision documents for leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy implementation, program or project management, technology delivery, transformation, consulting, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams and coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong structured problem-solving, facilitation, written communication, and executive-presentation skills.
