We are seeking a full-time, US-based Implementation Manager to lead the successful onboarding and deployment of our software for clients across North America. This is a unique opportunity to shape our implementation approach in a high-growth market, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to long-term success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure each client gets up and running on ViClarity’s platform efficiently and effectively.

*NOTE: This is a remote position and we are seeking candidates living in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to support business needs. The role reports directly to our Ireland-based headquarters and will be a key player in scaling client delivery in North America.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ViClarity's software for new clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey, from kickoff to go-live
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather client requirements and configure the platform
  • Provide onboarding training and support, ensuring a smooth handoff to Customer Success
  • Monitor progress and proactively identify and mitigate project risks or delays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve implementation playbooks and delivery frameworks
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates in internal tools
  • Champion a high standard of client service and implementation excellence

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management roles
  • Experience with GRC, Compliance, or Healthcare software a plus
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated success in delivering technical projects on time and within scope
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
