Job description

You are:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resale Lead to drive growth and value through the resale of Independent Software Vendor (ISV) software and hardware to our clients. The Resale Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the resale strategy, strengthening client and partner relationships, and delivering on revenue commitments with the highest standards of integrity and stewardship.

The work:

  • Resale Strategy & Execution: Define and implement the resale strategy for ISV software and hardware, aligned with business objectives.

  • Client Value Creation: Build trusted client relationships by identifying opportunities to deliver value through resale solutions.

  • Partnership Management: Manage relationships with ISVs, hardware vendors, and distributors to strengthen collaboration and drive joint success.

  • Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver on resale revenue targets, including driving and achieving personal resale targets while enabling team success.

  • Forecasting & Tracking: Provide accurate revenue projections, track performance, and drive accountability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams ( Client teams, other sellers in the account ,finance, legal, delivery) to enable sales and resolve challenges.

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities, jump on emerging trends, and act as a catalyst for change in the resale business.

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team to achieve individual and collective goals while fostering collaboration.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, partner agreements, and compliance requirements.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you need:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience of hands on selling experience with Cloud consumption & Marketplace deals under the re-sale channel program.

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in sales, resale, or channel management, preferably in ISV software and hardware or as a Tech seller responsible for selling Software & Hardware as part of their solution to client.

  • Demonstrated expertise in personal sales target achievement, forecasting, revenue tracking, and performance management of $35M or more topline target.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Experience:

  • Self-motivated to drive value to the clients by driving tech consolidation efforts to drive down the third party spend of the client.

  • Strong ability to manage client and partner relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Skilled in opportunity identification and market trend analysis.
