As Motorola Solutions expands its ecosystem strategy, we are rapidly scaling our cutting-edge Drone and Counter Drone Portfolio to push the boundaries of situational awareness. By seamlessly integrating Drone as First Responder (DFR) technologies, Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS), and real-time aerial intelligence into our standard software (Video and Land Mobile Radio) portfolio, our team directly furthers the company's core mission of "Solving for safer." This specialized team bridges the gap between next-generation aerial data and operational workflow automation, ensuring our customers are equipped with the insights needed to protect communities and secure vital assets.
Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing, collaborative, and deeply strategic Senior Enterprise Account Manager ( Drones/CUAS Ecosystem) to lead growth and drive ecosystem-wide adoption across our emerging Drone and Counter Drone Portfolio. In this role, you will act as the single-threaded owner, platform orchestrator, and relationship leader across the Western United States Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Motorola Solutions' strategic ecosystem partnerships with BRINC and SkySafe, while coordinating across Motorola's Video, Software, and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) organizations.

  • Lead and orchestrate sophisticated enterprise platform-based selling motions, aligning internal Motorola Solutions sales teams with strategic partner networks

  • Build and manage strong, collaborative go-to-market execution plans with key industry partners such as Motorola GTM, CPQ and Order Ability teams.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally across the Motorola Software Video and Land Mobile Radio Teams to construct unified, multi-layered solution designs for strategic accounts

  • Cultivate and expand deep enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders across public safety agencies and critical infrastructure environments

  • Master the positioning of the Drone and Counter Drone Portfolio, articulating how aerial intelligence effectively feeds into the broader, comprehensive Motorola Solutions safety ecosystem

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, mapping their complex operational challenges to our suite of situational awareness and workflow automation software

  • Develop and execute an impactful account strategy to accelerate pipeline creation and market penetration across the West Region

  • Maintain accuracy within Salesforce and forecast accuracy with a working knowledge of CPQ.

  • Deliver highly confident, clear, and human-centric presentations to multi-stakeholder purchasing committees and executive leadership panels

  • Manage multi-stakeholder coordination to successfully navigate complex, matrixed business environments and align diverse partner teams toward a singular sales objective

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, enterprise sales, account management, or public safety experience

  • OR 8+ years of sales, enterprise sales, account management, or public safety experience

  • The successful candidate will act as the single-threaded owner and orchestrator of ecosystem opportunities involving Motorola Video, Software/CAD, LMR, BRINC, and SkySafe.

  • Ecosystem solution selling to combine distinct software, video surveillance hardware, and partner platforms into a singular, high-value enterprise offering

  • Account strategy to lead ecosystem-based business development plans that identify, shape, and capture emerging revenue opportunities within assigned territories

  • Ecosystem orchestration to drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales motions by seamlessly connecting enterprise client needs with multi-layered technology offerings

  • Manage relationships with strategic partner organizations, accelerating shared pipeline growth and aligning external capabilities with core business goals

  • Experience navigating internal matrixed business units, aligning specialized sales and technical resources to present a unified platform to the customer

  • Experience overseeing cross-functional team execution, balancing internal corporate priorities with external partner dynamics to secure complex enterprise deals

  • Prior experience selling into critical infrastructure accounts (e.g., utilities, power generation, large-scale event stadiums) or municipal public safety agencies preferred

  • Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD), real-time crime centers, or automated situational awareness software desired

  • Territory: In and West of - TX, OK, CO, WY, MT

Location/Travel:

  • Preferred candidates will live in the West (In or West of - TX, OK, CO, WY, MT)

  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 USD

On Target Earnings: $180,000 - $207,000 USD
