Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and great with Excel and PowerPoint? Looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Training, Learning & Development, and Operations with a global science and advanced materials company?

We're looking for a motivated Training Coordinator to join the team and help support employee onboarding, training programs, content development, and day-to-day training operations.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate employee training programs, schedules, and materials
  • Support onboarding and training activities for new employees
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Digitize, organize, and manage electronic records
  • Create reports and track training-related information
  • Develop and update training materials and presentations
  • Create engaging content using PowerPoint
  • Use Excel formulas to organize, analyze, and report data
  • Communicate with employees, new hires, and various departments
  • Assist with digital training courses and learning materials
  • Support basic video/audio editing and other training projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Strong Excel skills are REQUIRED! Candidates must be comfortable using Excel formulas to analyze and organize data.

Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Interested in candidates who have experience in Teaching or Teaching assistants and data entry experience a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
