Education & Family Services Supervisor – Clarkston (134) 
 
LCECP offers a full range of services to our families. These services are the key to family and child success with our program. To deliver these crucial services, we need someone to make sure the classroom team has the tools and training needed to deliver high quality services to the communities that we support. LCECP is seeking a caring person, who enjoys working as part of a team, to provide leadership and guidance as a EFS Supervisor. 
 
Position Summary: 
 
Our EFS Supervisors serve a valuable role at LCECP, by supporting the classroom team’s efforts provide education and health services to our families. The EFS Supervisor must understand the instructional, health and support needs of the classroom team, as well as the licensing requirements, policies and regulations of LCECP, our funding sources and our communities. 
 
The EFS Supervisor will be responsible for: 
·         Managing LCECP centers as assigned 
·         Supervising staff and preform evaluations 
·         Assessing the needs of the classroom, centers and staff 
·         Accurate record keeping and strong communication with families and co-workers.

Education Requirement: 
 
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 
·         Experience working with children and families in early childhood settings. 
·         Must be willing to get further education as needed/required to acquire or maintain skills. 
 
Hours: 40 hrs. / 52 weeks a year 
This position is eligible for full dental and health benefits after 90 days.
