Responsibilities

The Regional Training Manager (RTM) is dedicated exclusively to training, upskilling, and operational deployment support within KeHE’s distribution centers (DC). This role owns the delivery, quality, and accountability of new hire onboarding and training, and on-the-job and leader training. This position also supports deployment-related training and change management in alignment with KeHE’s operational priorities. The RTM serves as the single point of accountability for warehouse training effectiveness, partnering closely with DC leadership and enterprise stakeholders to drive safe, high-quality, dependable, and productive operations through strong people development. This role does not work front-line shifts and is focused entirely on building capability, supporting change, and developing others.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or operations leadership.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Willingness to travel 50%.
