Capital Automotive is on the hunt for a high-energy, people-first Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is all about building relationships, managing leads, and setting the stage for a great customer experience from the very first touchpoint.

 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries

  • Managing and prioritizing leads to ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up

  • Connecting with customers to understand their needs and help guide their buying journey

  • Sharing information about vehicles, services, and current promotions

  • Highlighting features, benefits, and value in a clear, engaging way

  • Collaborating with the BDC team, sales staff, and other departments to drive results

  • Keeping accurate, up-to-date notes in our CRM system

  • Staying informed on market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings

  • Jumping in on other duties as needed—we’re one team here
