Sanimax is looking to hire an Organizational Development Analyst.

Position Summary

As an Organizational Development analyst, you will support the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of Sanimax's learning and organizational development programs. You will work closely with the People & Culture team, business leaders, and employees to ensure the effective delivery of learning initiatives, talent processes, and employee development programs aligned with business needs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Learning Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate learning programs, campaigns, and activities through Workday Learning and other learning platforms.
  • Support the administration of learning curricula, training assignments, learning pathways, and completion tracking.
  • Manage learning-related inquiries and troubleshoot learner issues through ticketing systems and support channels.
  • Prepare learning reports and dashboards to monitor participation, completions, and program effectiveness.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing training of learning administrators, instructors, and business partners.

Organizational Development Process Support

  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys, including communications, participation tracking, reporting, and action planning follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support for leadership development, mentorship, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Assist in maintaining program materials, resources, templates, and learning content.
  • Coordinate external vendors, coaches, and program participants to support development initiatives.
  • Track program participation, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate learning and talent data within Workday and related systems.
  • Support reporting and analytics activities by preparing reports and monitoring key program metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and organizational development processes, tools, and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience and effective program delivery.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in program coordination, HR administration, training, or operational support.
  • Interest in learning, talent development, and employee experience.
  • Experience with HR systems, learning management systems (LMS), or data management tools is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process execution and documentation.
  • Ability to analyze information and prepare basic reports.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively follow up on tasks and projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
