Position Summary:ย The Business Development Manager plays a key role in expanding the reach of the Live 2 B Healthy brand by identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with senior living communities. This individual is responsible for growing revenue through B2B relationship-building and strategic sales initiatives while also supporting long-term client retention.ย
Key Responsibilities:ย - Prospect & Close New Business: Identify and engage potential senior living communities to introduce the Live 2 B Healthy wellness program. Conduct presentations, build relationships with executive directors and wellness staff, and secure signed service agreements.ย
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with key decision-makers at partner communities to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.ย
- Lead Generation & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute outreach campaigns, attend industry events and follow up on generated leads to grow community interest.ย
- Client Retention & Engagement: Monitor program success metrics and satisfaction at active locations. Coordinate with trainers and community contacts to ensure consistent service quality and resolve any issues promptly.
- Reporting & Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, proposals, and signed agreements in CRM.ย Report weekly on sales activity, pipeline progress, and closed business.ย
- Community & Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local senior living communities, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Live 2 B Healthy in the market.ย
Qualifications:ย - Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship managementโpreferably in senior living, healthcare, wellness, or fitnessย
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsย
- Strong organizational and time management abilitiesย
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small teamย
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting toolsย
- Passion for health, wellness, and improving quality of life for seniors
Preferred:ย - Experience working with senior living communities or in a franchise environment โข Background in the health & wellness or fitness industryย
Compensation:ย - Base salary plus commission structure & bonus opportunities.ย
