Aviation Sales & Business Development Manager
 
Our client is seeking an Aviation Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Canadian aviation sector. This role focuses on building relationships with aviation operators, identifying new business opportunities, and helping organizations improve their training and compliance management programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong aviation industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach to business development.
 
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Build relationships with aviation operators, executives, and other key decision-makers
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry engagement
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to signed agreement
  • Prepare proposals and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Develop long-term client relationships that support ongoing growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales activities, customer information, and opportunities within CRM systems
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities
  • Represent the organization at aviation conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs and business growth
