The Opportunity
As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you'll complete a five-phase rotational program designed to give you a well-rounded understanding of the business. You'll gain experience in warehouse operations, customer service, inside and outside sales, project management, purchasing, and account management before transitioning into a long-term career path.
Program Overview
Phase 1 - Warehouse & Logistics
  • Learn the company's products, inventory, shipping, receiving, and supply chain processes.
Phase 2 - Operations
  • Develop experience in customer service, order management, inventory, pricing, and business operations.
Phase 3 - Inside Sales & Project Management
  • Support customers while assisting with project coordination and sales activities.
Phase 4 - Outside Sales & Account Management
  • Develop new business, manage customer relationships, and negotiate contracts.
Phase 5 - Career Placement
  • Transition into a role aligned with your skills, strengths, and career goals.
