Care Coordinator for Sports Physical Therapy Clinic

The right person:

  • WILL be a team player, with a positive & Friendly attitude.
  • MUST be dependable and organized.
  • MUST be capable of multi-tasking and thrive in a high-energy work environment.

Experience in healthcare admin setting a plus, but not required. Interest in health and Fitness a plus.

Additional skills that align with this position are:

  • Familiarity insurance rules, insurance billing and HIPPA regulations.
  • Basic Computer competence. Proficiency in commonly used software (Office or similar, Excel, Adobe, etc).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills. Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Duties Include:

  • Direct interactions with patients
