Clinical Aid / Admin for Sports Physical Therapy Clinic - Full Time
High-energy, FUN work environment. Friendly disposition is a MUST!
The right person will be a team player with a positive attitude.
WORK DUTIES INCLUDE:
Primarily -
  • Monitoring exercise activities prescribed by treating Physical Therapist.
  • Front Desk Administrative tasks (scheduling, taking calls from new and existing patients, etc)

Secondarily -
  • Verification of Insurance Benefits for patients
  • Obtaining authorization for insurance companies that require this
  • Assisting in 'flow' of patient transitions.
  • Training and basic utilization of thermal & electrical modalities.
  • Basic cleaning/housekeeping of facility.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Some experience and interest in similar setting - fitness, training, rehab, etc.
  • Basic Computer competency.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities & diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of providing EXCELLENT customer service and facilitate a positive office environment.

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
