Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and coordinates onboarding activities as assigned.
  • Coordinates training initiatives in partnership with executive management and mid-level management and the Training Operations Manager.
  • Partners with other departments to identify new learning and development training opportunities.
  • Handles special projects, as requested, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the development and training of eRx platforms amongst business leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or 3 years equivalency in the field of Training, Talent Development, or Instructional Technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Team builder with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers as well as employees.

  • This position will work in an office environment.
