Job description

The Training & Development Specialist will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs and materials to enhance user adoption, proficiency, and effective use of the WDP System and data platform. This person will conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with customer success teams, mission partners, and subject matter experts to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop training curricula appropriate for different user roles and skill levels. This person will create engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, video tutorials, user documentation, assessments, and practical exercises, and deliver training through in-person workshops, webinars, and self-paced online courses. This person will collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is technically accurate, aligned with system documentation, and updated to reflect system enhancements and new features. This person will apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and appropriate learning technologies to develop effective training solutions; evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, user performance data, and platform adoption metrics; and continuously improve training content based on results. This person will manage and maintain training materials and learning resources, support learning management system activities to track training completion and certifications, and stay current with emerging instructional design practices, adult learning principles, and training technologies.

  • We are actively seeking multiple levels:
    • Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
    • Senior: 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
  • Good communication skills, self-starter mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:
